- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Collect only the midstream of your urine (about 3/4 of container), discarding the first and last portions of your urine flow.
- Close the lid tightly and make sure the exterior of the container is clean.
4. Wash your hands thoroughly again and then return the sample to the staff.
5. The staff brings the sample to the lab.
