Service procedures

1. Make an appointment or walk in to Intouch Medicare clinic near you. 

2. History taking by the staff. The staff will provide you with a urine sample container and instructions on how to collect the sample. You will then collect the urine yourself in the restroom, following the provided instructions.

3. Urine sample collection

• Verify that the information on the specimen container matches your personal details. 
• Wash your hands thoroughly.
• Collect only the midstream of your urine (about 3/4 of container), discarding the first and last portions of your urine flow.
• Close the lid tightly and make sure the exterior of the container is clean.

4. Wash your hands thoroughly again and then return the sample to the staff. 

5. The staff brings the sample to the lab.

• 3-Panel urine drug test: 5-7 days
• 7-Panel urine drug test: 10-15 days

6. Report the results. The results of the blood drug test are accessible via several channels.
